If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with starting it all. It's hard to pick out one book because they're all my favorite and they've all changed my life in some way, but obviously it is Dianetics that started it all. After reading that book I thought "here is something that could have some answers" and it did.
